All prices on these pages are to be considered VAT EXCLUDED (22%).
Any information for payment or product availability will be communicated via telephone or email.
For custom instruments to be built, a deposit of 40% of the final price and a balance of 60% before shipping is required (only for non-deferred payments via AppPago of Banca Sella)
During holidays, orders may be delayed and processed on the first available day.

Shipping fees:
- Shipping throughout Italy with SDA, Bartolini, DHL
- For custom instruments, delivery times depend on the type of instrument. Usually, they are three months from the construction start date (in any case the times for custom instruments will be discussed during the order phase). The construction start date will be agreed in advance with the customer based on availability and, in case of acceptance, cannot be anticipated.

For all purchases from countries outside the European Community, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. Maple HANDMADE has no control over import customs duties which may vary from country to country, so please contact your country’s customs office to check import costs
